Kobold's Motley Stash

In a low-ceilinged alcove off the dungeon corridor you found the slain kobold's nest: a scraped-out pit lined with rat fur and torn cloth. The lone kobold clearly scavenged what it could from the dungeon — a mix of petty coin, a stolen gemstone, crude gear and a few odd pieces that might point to a nearby cache. Nothing here is magical or masterwork; it's the sort of hoard a clever kobold would pilfer and hide. Most items are useful or saleable in town and a single fragment of a map hints at something larger worth investigating.
