Each generated hoard scales to D&D 5E or Pathfinder 2E party level and encounter context, includes coin and gem totals, lists 3-8 unique magic items with full mechanical properties and descriptions, and ties the loot to its source, so a dragon's hoard differs from a kobold cache or a noble's vault.
