The spellcaster's scroll and tattered spellbook are damp but retrievable, the captain's rapier and signet remain useful as trophies or sale items, and a practical component pouch and a restorative potion will help mend wounds before the party moves on. The spoils reflect a quick, violent fight rather than a planned haul; there are no heavy armors or plate, and what remains favors mobility, leadership, and arcane trickery.
