Cavern of Scattered Stones

The party cleared a cramped cave that had once served as a kobold lair and was recently claimed by a hungry cockatrice. The kobolds left behind the usual scraps of coin, a few basic weapons, and small trade goods. The cockatrice nested near the back and left behind brittle fragments of its eggshell and a petrified feather shard when the beast was slain. Most items are mundane and useful to low-level adventurers, while the cockatrice parts are oddities that a curious alchemist or local collector might buy or request as a side quest.
