Wheatfield Reclamation: Zombie Skirmish Spoils

The party cleared a small, battered militia force reanimated into a shambling dozen of zombies after an ill-fated night raid. The fallen were mostly local militia and a pair of traveling merchants — their weapons and kit are mostly rusted or broken, but personal effects and coin remain. The battlefield is churned mud and torn banners; some items are fused to bone and cloth, others lie in shallow graves and wagons. What you recover is a mix of salvageable gear, a few personal keepsakes likely to bear clues about the dead, and modest coinage — enough to outfit a level-1 party and buy a few essentials.
