Kobold Scuttle Hoard

After pushing through the low, soot-darkened tunnel and collapsing a half-buried trapdoor, the party finds the cramped warren where the 25 kobolds had been stashing their prizes. The den is a clutter of broken crates, scorched straw, and rickety shelving. Most valuables are small — coins, scavenged trade goods, and objects of dragon-worship: a beaten silver dragon statuette, a few polished stones, and several handmade trinkets used as tokens of rank. There are also the practical spoils of a raiding band: shortbows, crudely mended leather jerkin pieces, lots of knives, and a handful of useful consumables and crafting scraps. Nothing in the hoard looks like it belonged to a fully equipped warrior or to a roadworthy caravan, but the collection is enough to interest local fences, a collector of dragoniana, or an enterprising crafter.
