The Mother of Monsters, a vile paragon of corrupted genetics, lies dead, her massive form torn asunder alongside her Evolved Kuo-Toa Leviathan consort and the throng of twisted servants—evolved brute Kuo-Toa, starspawn fleshwarpers, and abominable evil evolvers. The cavern itself is saturated with rare biomorphic materials and warped arcane residues.
