Nest of the Whispering Centipede

The party picked through a narrow, phosphorescent cavern where a single Gigantic Centipede had made its lair among fungal curtains and tumbled stones. The beast itself yielded useful biological materials rather than metal or crafted goods — hardened chitin segments, venom sacs, and a pair of luminous glands suited to alchemical work — along with the odd thing it had scavenged from passing travellers: a small coin pouch, a dull opal, and a tattered cloak.
