The party finds immediate coin and tradeable jewels, a packet of legitimate deeds that could fund ongoing upkeep or be sold to speculators, and several uncommon magical items suitable for a level 5 party. A ceremonial +1 longsword and Cloak of Protection provide straightforward martial upgrades, while the Pearl of Power and a Potion of Greater Healing bolster the casters and healers. A Bag of Holding makes inventory management easier for the group. Two custom items provide roleplay hooks: a Letter of Favor that can open social doors rather than buy goods, and a set of clockwork components that hint at a noble patron with an interest in tinkering. Overall the cache is balanced for a party of 5th level: enough immediate wealth to purchase gear or influence, multiple modest magic items to advance capabilities without unbalancing the campaign, and a few plot items to encourage social and investigative play.
