Ambush in the Lower Hall

The two goblins fell where the corridor narrowed and the stale dungeon air tasted of mold and iron. Rummaging their bodies and the shallow cache they guarded yields a little coin, a battered short sword and leather scrap, a common potion of healing, a handful of sling stones, and a modest agate. They also carried a torn goblin banner and a damp map fragment that hints at another room worth checking. Nothing here is grand, but it is enough for a level 1 party to outfit a companion, cover supplies, and follow a new lead deeper into the dungeon.
