The Chitinous Skirmish Remains

Deep within the excavated tunnel, the remains of the Adult Kruthik lay slumped beside the scattered, dry bones of a birdfolk skeleton. Among the loose soil and the debris of the struggle, several items gleam in the dim light. The creature's jagged shell remains remarkably intact, while the avian remains hold onto a few keepsakes from its previous life, now freed from the grasp of undeath.
