Hobgoblin-Led Bandit Ambush Spoils

You cleared a cramped dungeon corridor where a hobgoblin sergeant had posted three bandits to ambush unwary travelers. The bandits wore scavenged leather and carried common weapons; the hobgoblin had the best kit — a patched studded leather, a spear, and a torn tribal banner. In a shallow alcove behind their firing line you find coin pouches, a small lockbox, some pilfered trinkets and a modest bundle of useful gear. Nothing here is masterwork, but several items are serviceable for a low-level party or sale to a local merchant.
