No guardians rose to contest the party — just a rusted iron chest, a stone plinth with a sword shoved into it, and a low cabinet of sealed bottles and boxes that had somehow survived the damp. The finds are a mix of coinage scraped together by a long-dead caretaker, a single modestly magical blade likely meant as an heirloom or ritual implement, a few usable consumables and reagents for craftsmen or field alchemists, and a handful of gems and curios that would interest jewelers or antiquarians. The items fit a dungeon-library theme: an archivist's bas-relief, scrollwork and a tiny clockwork surveyor meant to index stacks long abandoned.
