Amidst the ichor-stained floor of the dungeon's lowest level, the hulking remains of the Red Slaadi slowly begin to dissolve into pungent vapor. The five cultists, their ritual interrupted by the party's blades, lie scattered around a central pedestal where a crude altar of chaos was constructed. Deep within the folds of their dark robes and tucked into a nearby stone chest, the party discovers a collection of items ranging from ritual reagents to protective charms intended to keep the chaotic energy of the Slaadi at bay.
