Smoldering Standard — The Oni's War Spoils

The earth here is blackened and trampled: scorched grass, broken spears, and a half-burned standard pinned beneath a great, splintered club. The oni fought alone but took advantage of the chaos of a recent skirmish — it wore the colors of raiders and looted the corpses of a small militia. What remains is a mix of battlefield kit, scraped coin, a few personal trinkets from fallen officers, and a single faintly magical trophy from the oni itself. Some items are useful to craftsmen or collectors; others are immediately handy to the party.
