Choker's Lair Spoils

In a narrow, vertical shaft off the main dungeon corridor you find where the choker had been hunting: walls scraped smooth, smears of mucus and old blood, and a shallow alcove where it dragged its prey to be despoiled. The creature was not a collector of fine things, but it kept what its victims carried close to hand — a small, torn satchel wedged between stones, a rusted key, and a handful of personal effects. A closer search of the crevice and the surrounding ledges produces a mix of coin, useful gear likely belonging to a burglar or trapped explorer, and a few oddities that may be sold or repurposed by the party's crafters.
