The party finds practical tools for adventuring and a few items clearly meant for trade or institutional use rather than battlefield dominance. The goods include restorative supplies, a pair of useful uncommon magic items, a charge-bearing wand, and a mix of trade-grade gemstones and coin. Two custom pieces of arcane kit are present for flavour and utility: a ledger that keeps track of valuables and a small prism that can store a handful of minor spells. Overall the trove is balanced for a fourth-level party: it offers immediate utility, modest wealth, and a couple of items that reward creative play without upending the campaign.
