Hidden behind a false panel in the cellar of a boarded-up townhouse, the party finds an organized noble's hoard — carefully wrapped parcels, sealed ledgers, and a few discreetly powerful items kept for emergencies. No traps remain active and no guards were found; instead there are faint scent-stains of perfume and the ghost of a hurried departure. The valuables reflect both wealth and influence: art meant to impress, gems meant to be laundered through courts, forged and genuine documents that could change land claims, and a few practical magical items a paranoid house might keep for escape or concealment.
