Sun-Feathered Altar Cache

Behind the scorched dais of a subterranean shrine to a blazing sun-god you pry loose a flagstone to reveal a low chamber lined with shelves and pinned sigils. The Sun Feather Mages clearly used this alcove as both a supply cache and a ritual staging area; their schemers kept papers and inks here, and the fighters stowed mundane gear and coin. Most items are sun-themed — gilded feathers, polished sunstones and vials of powdered mica — alongside a handful of arcane reagents and scrolls ripped from the mages' packs. A single ring, warm to the touch, was tucked beneath a folded ceremonial tabard: it smells faintly of smoke and dawn. The haul is useful both as coin and as leads — the schemers' ledger contains notes on upcoming rites and the signet bears the mark of a regional cult lieutenant.
