The Tale of This Treasure

You left the winding path and followed a ribbon of phosphorescent lantern-motes into a glade where the Fey Market blooms only at certain moonlit hours. Stalls of woven ivy and mushroom canopies sold things sensible townsfolk do not usually trade: cloth that hides you in the branches, potions that unbind curses, threads spun from sprite-hair, and small gems that seemed to drink the moon. The merchants offered goods with smiles that were both generous and oddly asking in return. The party, at sixth level and cautious of bargains too cheap to be true, picked through wares suited to travelers who move between courtly groves and mortal roads. Among the winnings are practical items for a mid-level troupe: a cloak to blend with woodlands, healing and curative potions, a selection of merchant-grade gems useful as currency or ritual components, and two fey-themed curios that could be used as crafting components, barter, or story hooks back in the mortal world.
