Collapsed Guardpost Stash (Kobold Scrounge)

After driving three wiry kobolds from a toppled watchpost clinging to the mountain's wind-swept terrace, you pry open a cracked supply crate buried beneath rubble. The kobolds had been living off the keep's cast-offs — scavenged coins, a handful of tools and trade goods, some low-grade ore from the cliffs, and a few shiny things they'd hoarded. Most items are crude or small (kobold-sized), but there's a useful map fragment and a rusted key stamped with the keep's watchmark that may open a nearby door. This haul is modest but serviceable for a level 3 party: coin to patch wounds, materials for a tinker or smith, a small gem to sell, and a couple of plot hooks.
