Redjaw Bandit Haunt — The Millyard Ambush

After clearing the lean-to and cellar behind the abandoned mill you find the spoils of a small but organized band: three local cutthroats and a hobgoblin sergeant who acted as their overseer. The bandits favored quick, light arms and stolen goods to fence; the hobgoblin brought sturdier kit and a single kept potion for emergencies. Most valuables are practical for a low-level party—coin for supplies, basic armor and weapons to outfit a hireling, a set of thieves' tools and a healing potion for the next fight—and a fragment of a map and a signed ledger that hint at where the gang has been fencing their goods.
