Gullet of the Stone Maw

At the back of a low, fetid cavern the two trolls made their bed among the bones and smashed crates of a long-forgotten caravan. The smaller troll hoarded shiny trinkets and coins; the cave troll—larger, misshapen, and marked with mineral stains—kept the better spoils in a shallow nest of stolen furs and bone. Many pieces are chewed, blood-specked, or soaked with a sour, greasy stench; a few items clearly came from recent victims (a locket, a potion) and one well-cured strip of hide and a vial of dark bile look suitable for a tanner or alchemist. The pile is a mix of rough, practical items the trolls used and a handful of tradeable valuables they didn't know how to fence. Expect some items to fetch less because of damage, others to be worth more to the right buyer.
