Vault of Quiet Conjurations

Hidden behind a recessed panel in an abandoned archive you discover a small magical treasury that was clearly never intended for thieves of brute force. Shelves of glass phials and locked wooden chests once tended by meticulous arcane custodians hold a careful mixture of utilitarian magic and rare materials. The party finds emergency supplies that will keep them alive in a tough fight, a few permanent minor enchantments to help push through future challenges, and a selection of gemstones and crafting goods prized by enchanters. Two items are more peculiar and clearly personalized: a single-use arcane ward coin likely meant to open a specific lock, and a Ledger of Siphoned Sparks that lets an arcanist recover a little extra oomph when needed. Overall the haul is balanced for a group around 5th level: enough immediate consumables and trade goods to be useful now, and a couple of modest permanent items that will matter in upcoming encounters without unbalancing play.
