Ambush at the Hollowed Gangway

After driving the last goblin into the dark of the hollowed gangway, the party searches the cramped chambers and smashed crates of the tribe. The goblins kept little of true value but hoarded common coin, trade gemstones taken from caravans, battered weapons and leather, and a few practical supplies. A battered chest under a lean-to contains a modest coin pouch and several polished stones. A goblin shaman's corner holds a cracked idol that thrums with a faint, grating magic and a partial map pointing further into the dungeon. The party can sell the common gear and hides, repair or keep the weapons and bows, keep the potion for emergencies, and use the map and key as leads to the goblins' greater cache deeper in the complex.
