Spoils of the Sunken Ruins Skirmish

Delving deep into the murky depths of the ancient, overgrown ruins partially sunken beneath tidal waves, the adventurers vanquished a hostile band of goblins and bugbears who had taken shelter in the crumbling stone structures, along with the vicious inhabitants of surrounding waters—two merrow hunters and their shallow priest, aided by a giant python lurking among the wreckage. The spoils recovered reflect the mixed nature of their foes: crude but dangerous goblinoid weaponry, primitive aquatic hunting trophies mixed with the merrow’s ritualistic paraphernalia, and rare crafting components salvaged from the ruin's decayed but still potent magic. The party also discovers valuable gemstones and small treasures that hint at the former glory and wealth once held within these ancient walls.
