The Tale of This Treasure
Having braved the scorched cavern of an ancient wyrm, the party emerges victorious over two draconic guardians — one a lesser drake (CR 11) and the other a wyrmling of considerable cunning (CR 18) that guarded their lair’s treasure. Amidst smoldering bones and charred rubble, the adventurers recover remnants of the dragon’s hoard: a mixture of arcane-infused trinkets, precious gemstones, and draconic relics. The treasure reflects the dragons’ greed and their penchant for magical wealth rather than simple gold coins, befitting the dangerous scale of their foes and the dragon-themed setting the party navigated at level 3.
