Remnants of the Oathbound

After felling three revenants that stalked the ruined approach to the old keep, the party scavenged what remained of their gear and the once-proud trappings of their order. The revenants clung to fragments of their former station: a single enchanted longsword that still bore the hunger of an oath unfulfilled, a small ring that had watched over them through death, and a potion and scroll kept for desperate measures. Among the more mundane finds were the coins and a trio of gems likely cut from a fallen commander's hoard. The survivors repurposed brittle bone shards and a tattered banner as ritual components and reminders of the knights who could not rest. The overall haul favors items useful to a level 9 party preparing to put more restless dead to rest or to bargain with clergy and antiquarians for information and services.
