Sawdust Stand — Loot from the Lumbermill Ambush

The air still smells of sap and char after the fight. Saddled horses clattered away, leaving bodies on splintered boards and sawdust in prints of bloody boots. The bandits had been picking the mill clean — payroll, tools, and anything that could be sold — when the party struck. Scattered among crates and broken barrels you find the spoils: the stolen wages, crude weapons and leather armor from the rank-and-file, a captain's well-carved sabre stained with pitch and bearing a faint enchantment, a potion fished from a captain's coat, and a torn ledger and map hinting that the mill was only a stop on a longer route of timber theft. A heavy iron key likely opens the mill's vault or the back shed where the true haul may be hidden.
