Broken Line at Redfang Ridge

After driving the goblin raiders from the ridge, the party scavenges the battlefield. The four goblins left behind were light-equipped skirmishers and archers, so most finds are practical battlefield gear: crudely made shortbows and scimitars, battered leather and shields, and a meager hoard of mixed coins taken from recent victims. Among the spoils are a few serviceable arrows, a small garnet someone swiped from a caravan, and a bone tally that marks the raiders' handiwork. The equipment will outfit a new recruit with basic weapons and armor after minor repairs, the coins will cover immediate expenses, and the trinket may serve as proof of the raid or a bargaining piece with locals or a guild that wants the goblins cleared from the trade road.
