Bone-Cleared Crypt Spoils

The party swept through a narrow crypt chamber and smashed the last of five skeletons into scattered bone and rusted iron. Cobwebs and the stench of dry rot filled the corners while the floor revealed what the dead had carried with them: a mix of coin and modest personal effects, a few serviceable weapons and armor pieces, one useful potion, and odd remnants that hint the dead once had more to their lives. The onyx and potion are the clear finds for immediate value, the shortsword and shield will serve the party until proper replacements are bought, and the bone dust and scrap parchment could be sold to an apothecary or studied for a lead into a larger mystery.
