Warren of the Scaled Tongues

The party cleared a cramped kobold warren dug into the side of an old lead-and-gem vein. The tunnels were slick with soot from torches and littered with crude traps and stolen trappings from many raids. The biggest find was the shrine-cavity where dozens of small offerings had been tucked into crevices: coins pilfered from caravans, a handful of genuine gemstones taken from miners, patched gear used by sentries, and a draconic talisman that the kobold shamans prized. Most of the equipment is cobbled and serviceable rather than finely made — but a single potion and a ritual amulet could prove useful or fetch a price to replace the party's supplies. The map-like scrap among the spoils hints at a nearby, ransacked mining outpost worth revisiting.
