Dusty Cellar Cache

While exploring a low, damp wing of the dungeon the party finds a narrow alcove beneath an overturned crate. The space is clearly used for stashing small valuables and practical supplies rather than a warrior's hoard: a dented coin pouch, a few modest gemstones, worn equipment suitable for a low-level brigand, and a single salvaged potion. The items look like what a band of desperate scavengers or a cellar-bound rat-cultist might keep — useful to a fledgling adventuring party, but nothing legendary.
