Ambush in the Goblin-Guarded Cavern

After a tense skirmish in the dank, shadowed halls of a forgotten dungeon, the party overcame a mixed threat of five scrappy goblins, three disciplined hobgoblins, and four ravenous wolves that served as beasts of war and trackers for the goblin band. The goblins' crude traps and the wolves' savage attacks delayed the party but ultimately yielded modest spoils. The hobgoblins, more organized and disciplined, carried sturdier weapons and a few bits of armor. The wolves, though fierce, offered little but a chance for pelts and teeth. The loot represents both the spoils of battle and the modest wealth accumulated by a low-level goblin warband preparing for further incursions.
