Fennec Bee Dragon

Sailors tell tales of honeyed gardens where sailors were lured ashore by impossible sweetness only to disappear into a buzzing glare. Scholars debate whether the fennec bee dragon evolved from draconic stock or from a convergent insect lineage; both genetic evidence and old murals show them present in borderlands for centuries.

Hive Link. Fennec bee dragons share a hive link. While within 120 feet of at least one allied fennec bee dragon, they gain advantage on initiative rolls and can coordinate actions so that one may use its action to allow another to take a bonus action on the same turn.
Addictive Mucus. The mucus of the fennec bee dragon is a nutritionally rich, mildly intoxicating substance. A creature that eats or is directly coated in the mucus must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or gain a short-term dependency that imposes a -1 penalty to saving throws against the dragon's aphrodisiac effects for 24 hours.
Dragonfly Wings. The fennec bee dragon can hover and fly with exceptional agility. Attacks of opportunity against it are made with disadvantage if it uses its movement to move away from melee attackers.
Matriarch's Mark. The female-dominated hives mark priority targets with a scent. While a dominant female is within 60 feet, subordinate fennec bee dragons add +2 to attack rolls against marked creatures.
Sting and Aphrodisiac. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 () piercing damage. If the target is a creature smaller than Large and not immune to charms the fennec bee dragon can attempt to administer its aphrodisiac mucus as part of the hit. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become Fascinated for 1 minute. While Fascinated in this way the target is drawn toward the fennec bee dragon, takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls against creatures other than the fennec bee dragon, and will use movement to close the distance if possible. A creature can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the condition on a success.
Honey Spray. Ranged Weapon Attack: to hit, range 30/90 ft., one target. Hit: 6 () bludgeoning damage plus the target is splattered with sticky, sweet mucus that acts like a mild adhesive. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or have its speed reduced by half and suffer disadvantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks until it or an ally uses an action to wash it off or until 1 minute passes.
Mating Flurry / Egg Deposition. The fennec bee dragon bites and rakes with its tiny jaws in a flurry, making two attacks with its bite. Each attack uses the bite stat block. If the dragon begins its turn adjacent to a creature that is Fascinated by it, it can instead spend its action to mount its target and attempt to deposit a single translucent egg. The egg is inert until incubated by the hive and doing so deals no extra immediate damage, but the target is restrained while the egg is being positioned and may use an action to remove it ( Strength check) or an ally can do the same.
Hive Mucus Burst. When an ally within 30 feet is struck down, a fennec bee dragon can splash a burst of sticky mucus in a 10-foot cone as a reaction. Creatures in the area must succeed on a Dexterity save or have their movement halved until the end of their next turn.
