His stringy black hair is matted with a mixture of sweat and soot, clinging to a scalp that rarely sees the sun. On his brow sit brass steampunk goggles with intricate side-shutters and a spider-web crack in the left lens. Despite his rugged, industrial exterior, he moves with a surprising, silent efficiency, and his hands, though calloused and scarred, are meticulously clean from the wrists down: a sharp contrast to his filthy leathers.
