Bracko Tidebinder
Druid (Circle of the Land - Coast)
Bracko Tidebinder
Species
Tortle
Appearance
A squat tortle whose carapace is mottled dark green and river-silt brown with pale, almost pearlescent striations that catch light like water. The ridges of his shell are nicked by many blunt impacts; a single, deep crescent gouge near the right rim has been sealed with a brass rivet and a strip of braided kelp. His skin is the soft, weathered leather of a shoreline, with mossy growth in the folds of his neck and wrists. He wears a faded sash of indigo tied around his waist and a string of tiny, polished dragon teeth across his chest. When he moves he rocks like a slow current, deliberate and surprisingly quick when he needs to strike. Unexpectedly, he favors a small, bright cloth puppet perched on his shoulder, its painted grin stark against his severe, watchful face.
“Soft, gravelly, often uses sea metaphors; will suddenly quote an old order proverb.”
