Peregrin has a face that looks like a crumpled map of joy and worry. He is remarkably nimble, moving with a staccato, rhythmic gait as if stepping to the beat of an internal metronome. His amber eyes are constantly darting, scanning for the movement of gears or the glint of steel. Despite his dusty appearance, his hands are impeccably clean and steady. A contradictory element is the heavy, oversized iron key he wears as a necklace, which seems far too large for any lock a halfling would encounter.
