Species

Appearance
Moves like someone used to walking on rooftops rather than in halls. Wears a hood low over the brow so that the eyes catch light in a way that never reveals them fully. Under the hood the face is lined but not gaunt, with faint silvering at the temples and a narrow pale scar running from the left temple to the jawline. Left forearm bears a faded tattoo of the TAP sigil quartered with three tiny stars; the ink has been scratched at one place as if someone tried to remove it but failed. Fingers are slim and ink-stained where they handle papers and inks; the nails are cropped short but clean. When still the NPC is a shadow in the corner. When moving they enact small, almost theatrical gestures as if every exchange is a page in a ledger. Unexpected element: whenever they laugh the sound is abrupt and high, not matching the rest of their restrained presence.
“Measured and quietly authoritative. Uses precise vocabulary and often frames commands as records to be signed rather than orders.”
