Vael-Haoma, The Verdant Exhalation
Archdruid of the Sacred Root
Vael-Haoma, The Verdant Exhalation
Species
Goddess (Lintanar Avatar)
Appearance
Standing nine feet tall with the sturdy grace of a young willow, Vael-Haoma possesses skin the texture of soft moss and the color of a forest at twilight. Her hair is a cascading tangle of the sacred Haom vine, which blooms with tiny, glowing white flowers that open and close in synchronization with her breathing. Her eyes are wide, unblinking pools of molten amber that seem to reflect a sun that has not yet risen. She moves with a deceptive fluidity, as if her bones were made of water, yet every footstep leaves a shallow, scorched depression in the earth, smelling faintly of ozone and crushed mint. The air around her vibrates with a low, sub-harmonic hum, making the skin of those nearby prickle as if a storm is about to break.
“Her speech is melodic and rhythmic, heavily utilizing metaphors of wind, fire, and growth. She never uses contractions and speaks as if she is reciting a poem that has no end.”
