Kestril Thorne
Cleric (Grave Domain)
Kestril Thorne
Species
Human
Appearance
Kestril is a gaunt, spindly man who carries himself with the stiff precision of a corpse in rigor mortis. His movements are jerky and deliberate, often punctuated by the metallic click of a clockwork prosthetic finger on his left hand. His skin has a waxy, translucent quality as if he has spent too much time in the company of embalming fluids. He carries a scent of sharp formaldehyde masked by cloying, expensive dried lavender. His most striking feature is a glass eye that is not a replica of a human eye, but a swirling marble of grey and violet quartz that seems to track movement independently of his real one.
“Clipping and precise. He omits unnecessary adjectives and often frames life events in the context of their eventual end.”
