Sower Valen
Earthbound Tender
Sower Valen
Species
Firbolg
Appearance
Standing nearly eight feet tall, Valen is a wall of indigo fur and dense, slow-moving muscle. His skin is the deep purple of a ripening plum, often streaked with dried clay and silver-green lichen. He moves with a heavy, rhythmic gait that vibrates the ground, yet his hands are surprisingly nimble, capable of cradling a germinating seed without bruising it. His most striking feature is the contradiction between his massive, intimidating size and the way he hunches his shoulders to appear smaller, always looking downward to avoid making threatening eye contact.
“Valen speaks in a low, gravelly rumble that sounds like stones rubbing together. He often uses gardening metaphors to describe social situations and speaks in the third person when stressed.”
