Zirael is a whirlwind of motion, standing barely three feet tall with skin the color of well-oiled mahogany. Her hair is a chaotic shock of copper wires and actual copper shavings, held back by a leather band that houses four different magnifying lenses. She smells permanently of old vellum and ozone. Her most striking feature is her right hand, which is a delicate clockwork prosthesis made of silver and rosewood that clicks softly when she is deep in thought. While her shop is cluttered and dusty, her own person is impeccably clean, though she frequently has a single, intentional smudge of glowing magenta 'Inquisitor's Ink' on her forehead to ward off memory thieves.
