Vorun is a striking lamia whose upper torso is slender, draped in ritual scars threaded with crimson floss; her lower serpentine coil is wrapped in tight red bindings that hide faded ritual runes. She moves with a slow, deliberate slide — the coil whispering like loose silk — but her hands are quick and precise, always folding or knotting invisible threads in time with her words. Her face is angular and severe, a closed eye tattooed above her right brow (the symbol of Urzanism), and a faint permanent smile like a blade rested on a lip. The unexpected element: her voice carries a single-note, near-inhuman hush that causes people to lower their volume instinctively; yet when she laughs, it peals like breaking stone — loud, sudden and impossible to ignore.
