Yelene Vyrneth
Wizard
Yelene Vyrneth
Species
High Elf
Appearance
Delicate, childlike face with very pale skin that seems to faintly shimmer in moonlight. Large forest-green eyes framed by long, stylized eyelashes that echo an old Asian makeup tradition. A small upturned nose dusted with a constellation of light freckles across the bridge. Rosy cheeks and a slightly full, reddish mouth with a soft scar where a cracked lip once was, giving her smile an oddly fragile quality. Very long, thick white hair with silver highlights falls to her waist in a smooth curtain; a few small unruly strands perpetually escape to frame her face. Interspersed are fine braids threaded with tiny silver links and mauve-toned pearls placed seemingly at random. Her high elf ears protrude gracefully through the hair, tipped with a faint bluish tint. Movement is quiet and deliberate, like a cat stepping on silk, yet when she laughs her posture becomes unguarded, almost childlike. Unexpectedly, she always wears a single battered leather glove on her left hand, stitched over with faded runes that clash with her otherwise immaculate appearance.
“Soft, precise, with a habit of tucking phrases into quiet laughs. She sprinkles conversations with weather metaphors and old Elven idioms.”

Long white hair with silver highlights and mauve pearls braided in
Single battered leather glove on left hand
Voice
“A soft, bell-like soprano with careful enunciation and a faint musical lilt; she sometimes hums under her breath when concentrating.”
Clothing
A long, pale mauve robe with subtle embroidery of cloud motifs in silver thread. Under it she wears fitted travel tunics and soft leather boots that are scuffed at the toes. A short, well-worn satchel hangs at her hip, and she keeps a length of ribbon for measuring small distances. The single battered leather glove on her left hand is worn no matter the weather.
Body Language
Primarily closed and contained: shoulders slightly hunched, hands often folded near her chest when listening. When excited her posture opens, she leans forward with bright, intent eyes and taps the floor with a bare toe.
