Thimblewick Vorn

Thimblewick Vorn
Species
Journeyman
Appearance
Thimblewick appears as a tall, spindly figure composed of polished mahogany, interlocking brass gears, and segments of supple, enchanted leather that mimic skin. Their face is a mask of ivory porcelain with etched silver lines that shift to form expressions. Instead of a mouth, a series of horizontal brass vents glow with a soft amber light when they speak. They move with a rhythmic, staccato clicking that is surprisingly graceful, like a ballet performed by a clockwork dancer. Their eyes are rotating sapphire lenses that zoom and click as they focus. Despite their mechanical nature, they exude a warmth like a hearth fire, smelling faintly of cedarwood and machine oil.
“Methodical, melodic, and punctuated by the sound of clicking gears. They use technical jargon for emotional states.”

A rotating halo of tiny bronze gears that orbits their head when they are thinking

A layered greatcoat of midnight blue velvet embroidered with constellations that actually twinkle. Beneath it, they wear a waistcoat filled with dozens of tiny, moving pockets and a tool belt holding instruments of impossible precision. Their boots are made of soft greased leather that makes no sound on stone.
Body Language
Precise, deliberate, and slightly uncanny. They never fidget unless they are processing a high-level paradox.
