His skin is now the color of bleached bone and possesses a translucent, waxy texture that seems to drip like melting candles around his jawline. His nose has flattened into two reptilian slits, and his lips have thinned to grey lines. Most unsettling are his eyes; while his pupils remain dark as voids, the sclera are permanently and vividly bloodshot, giving him the appearance of a man in the midst of a perpetual cerebral hemorrhage. He moves with a slow, predatory grace, yet he is always surrounded by the faint, incongruous scent of expensive lavender and sandalwood, a relic of his former vanity.
