Short but solid dwarf with shoulders like carved beams. His beard is braided into three thick ropes tied with old leather thongs and threaded with tiny brass horse bits. His skin is lined with the faint scars of tack and barrel-bumps. He favors a heavy wool coat that smells faintly of hay and oil, and his boots are almost always dusted with horsehair. When he moves he rocks with steady purpose, like a cart rolling on an even track, but when excited he taps his boots in a quick staccato that feels out of place.
