His horns curve backward in elegant, worn ridges like fossilized coral. He wears a long coat patched with many different fabrics that do not match yet somehow form a coherent silhouette. On his left temple a small silver stud glows faintly when he speaks of promises. Unexpected element: he keeps a child's knitted mitten pinned to his breast, pristine and out of place, as if honoring a memory no one else believes he has.
