Breven Thalor
Bard
Breven Thalor
Species
Half-elf
Appearance
A half-elf who moves like someone used to perching on ropes and rails. His walk is loose and slightly swaying as if the deck beneath him is still moving. He keeps his left sleeve rolled to the elbow revealing a faded inked line of tiny nautical symbols that loop and break mid-arm into an illegible cipher. He has a small scar at the base of his throat from a tossed knife that nicked him during a quarrel. When he sings, he leans forward and narrows his eyes as if sharing a private joke with the horizon. Unexpectedly, he wears a child's bright red ribbon tied to his belt — clean and out of place among his weathered gear.
“Speaks in a low rolling voice that drops into a near-whisper when he shares a secret. He peppers sentences with sea terms and sings the ends of some clauses.”

He tilts his head when listening and keeps one hand loose at his belt, ready to point, grab, or palm a coin. His posture is easy but always prepared, as if bracing for a swell.
